Should be introduced. Suggest rules would include:-
Wearing of The Ratter
Taking of The Pie
The Clarets must be watched
The driving of The Banger

Anyone any more ideas?

It's the punishments that are key:
For example, "He that fails to wear his flat 'at at a suitably rakish angle on match days shall FEEL T' BACK OF ME 'AND"
