Moved his family there. Must be really disruptive for his kids, especially if it results in him coming back here.
For all intents and purposes looked a SD type player to me. Not sure what went wrong.....difficult to tell on the back of cameo substitute appearances

I'd let him go - we're not going to need him, let him and his family thrive in Germany. A shame, he didn't really get chance to show what he could do.

How is he doing over there?
Wikipedia says 8 goals in 23 appearances. 1 in 3, reasonable return. Other than these facts though, I haven't been keeping tabs on him.

Had a lean spell without a goal recently but, as article linked at top reports - 8 in 23 in total and he's a player they want to keep.Roosterbooster wrote:How is he doing over there?
Whatever we think about him, he wasn't considered a starter for the team in the Championship and for a player who will be 30 just after the start of next season I can't imagine he would get close to our side now.

They hold the aces really.
Not much point holding out for a higher fee and risk having to pay paying his wages for a year (assuming no one else comes in for him) when it's a player that clearly isn't in our plans.
