There appears to be a belief they're still paying off players who left a couple of years ago.
Remember Leeds doing something similar, subsidizing players wages at other clubs to get them off the books.

Also appears they've taken out loans using next seasons ST's as security?

9th highest wage bill though is funny.

I don't post on a Rovers forum, but good try.
Its open to look at anytime, click the link and look, just like this forum is open for Rovers fans to browse, I know a few who look at this one and CM.
A couple even pretended to be Burnley fans, such was their desire to cause arguments, they've admitted that to me when we've been chatting.

I don't really argue with Boro fans, I usually wind them up and wander off to do something else.
We've been getting on well today though, its a bit twitchy for everyone right now, so mocking them could well bite me on the arse at the rate we're going

I've got my season tickets for next season all sorted, JML, 2-3 rows from the front, just to one side of the goal, the big screen side.

When you've got 3 kids and live in Oxfordshire let me know and we can see how you're getting on with attending football on a regular basis.

Anything else I can help you with today or do you want to carry on with this?

I do attend, but not as frequently as others.

As I've said already, got the season tickets sorted for me and the 3 boys next season

Didcot, so not that far from Bicester.

As for Dyches style of football, I'm more of a realist then KRBFC.

Sidney......to say Blackburn's accounts are complex and hard to decipher is the understatement of the year. They have a couple of accountants on the BRFCC forum who obviously specialise in their own club and yet even they struggle to make sense of the numbers.

Based on the fact that the overall investment by Venky's is largely unchanged at £87m for some time now, my take is that they have effectively cried enough and that the club now have to rely on external loans (at high interest rates) to continue to survive. Their involvement seems to be less and less each year and communication is virtually zero with those involved in the day to day running of the club.

A few of them are expecting administration in the next year or two and believe this would force the Venkys out.

of last month? That was what all the Rovers lot, at least the ones that i know, were hanging their hats on.

As long as Blackburn Rovers remain a football club Brockhall is protected by covenants,should they be liquidated then Brockhall loses that protection.

With Venkys being the main creditor surely it would make no sense to enter admin as they would only receive 1 or 2 pence to the pound.

I wouldn't imagine the covenants around Brockhall would change too much at all. That land can currently only be used for leisure activities, whether BRFC exist or they don't. I'm not saying it could never be challenged, but that's a different argument.

Regarding Ewood, all the covenant covers is that locals get first chance to buy, and 6 months notice of any sale, I think?

The fact Rovers are not already in the lower leagues is a minor miracle. Venky's have bought a sh*tyy stick and have tried to make the best of it. It's not worked, besides possibly giving them a tax reduction? I'm sure I've seen somewhere that the group's profits were massively down year on year, which has possibly played a part in themnot wanting to invest in the sports side (VLL).
