Our record after International breaks
Our record after International breaks
We are almost always poor after an International break. Slow and sluggish ...and we often lose the games immediately following the break. Coincidence? It's certainly an interesting one.

Said exactly the same thing yesterday. It seems to have no bearing on how many have played for their countries either, though I did think Keane and Hendrick looked off the pace and tired. Maybe we're not as fit as Sean likes us to believe.

I think we are at our best when the games come thick and fast. Not sure helps when you get a disconnect of players who have not played at all and those who have played too many games. Perhaps what happens during this breaks needs looking at in more detail

Re: Our record after International breaks
Although they won, Pochettino was concerned about them coming back after an international break too. I hadn't realised our results were that bad but it's one draw and three defeats this season.

Certainly seems to disrupt our momentum. A relatively new problem to have and one I'd hope will be addressed.
