Can't seem to find it on the club website, is matchday ticket collection still in the elite training centre, or has it moved?

There's a collection point a short distance away, just before the new club shop. Two window bays that you queue by.

It's just to the right hand side of the main entrance to the Bob Lord Stand

expect queues...so be patient + get there early!
