Chemical attack in Syria

Post by Claretmatt4 » Thu Apr 06, 2017 8:10 am

Surprised this hasn't been posted.

Govt forces saying they bombed a Syrian rebel chemical munitions factory, backed up by Russia of course.

Most others reporting its a chemical attack by Govt forces, killing 70+ of innocents so far with Sarin.

Sometimes the world makes me f%cking sick.

BBC news link, other sources available.

Perhaps if the U.S. congress had authorised a war against Syria when he killed over 1,000 with nerve agent then maybe he wouldn't be in power to do it again. They took Obama's knees when he said that NBC warfare would be a red line and when he want to congress asking them to authorise the war they said "lol. Get ******. We're going to make you look bad because that's more important to us."

Trump won't do anything about Assad. He said just days before this attack that Assad's position will be decided by the Syrian people, because that's how it works in a dictatorship. Putin obviously won't do a thing because he likes Assad just fine. Assad's position is stronger now than at any other time since before the civil war which is probably why he thinks he can test the waters with this gas attack. Once it becomes clear to him that America (or us for that matter) isn't going to lift a finger against him he'll do it again, and it'll become a new normal in that war.
