It's as you were in this latest update. Friend's average dropped by a few tenths, but his position didn't change. It was a very 'Friend-like' performance against Stoke.

bottom ten are no surpise, very surprised to see Andre Marriner where he is though

It's amazing now just how settled some of these referees are. Naturally, the officials who've only done a handful of Burnley games, can still move up and down quite a lot. However, those like Friend, Dean, Jones etc... who have done countless Burnley games over the last decade, they rarely move more than a place or two in a given direction, so settled are their averages.
