Had it happen a few times in the past few days, only on this site. Android 7.1 and chrome. Diverted to this

This has also been happening to me on occasion on Android. Doesn't give much of a chance to back out which is quite spammy.

Me too. Does it all time on iphone. Usually change to desktop site from mobile which tends to help. Mine keeps trying to take me in to App Store.

Starts by showing this at the top:

data:text/html;base64,

Followed by a load more text. Not sure if that helps or not.

Some would say it's a blessing

Clearing cache won't make any difference, nor history. Just get a scanner and scan it in safe mode.

This was a virtually clean install of android and it's unlikely to have come from any other website.

This is still happening. The URL is slightly different so blocking it in the hosts file doesn't stop it happening.

It only happens on this site and the redirect URL shows it is from here.
