John Terry on the way down

Post by Woodleyclaret » Thu Apr 20, 2017 5:17 pm

Great cb three years ago but now I don't believe he's up to the job in the Premier League.Fair play to him if some manager disagrees and offers him silly money.
He would be better have one last payday in China and retiring gracefully.

'John Terry' and 'gracefully'; never expected to see them together in the same sentence.

He hasn't played much football for a while so I'm not sure how you can say if he has/hasn't got anything left to offer the PL.

No, no, no.

Times reported yesterday that he wants to stay in Oxshott - near Cobham training ground. Said he may be interested in Soton or Bournemouth. I guess the article was written before Brighton confirmed promotion.

Linked with the Hammers, heard somewhere today, possibly five live.

Can't see him coming North unless it's someone like United or Everton.

On the way down to the Barbers to get his usual cut; an extra from the film 'Scu m', please.

His house in Oxshott is hideous. It's right next to the A3 and easily seen from the road - a classic footballer's temple to bad taste. I would want to run from that place at the first opportunity.

I thought this was a thread about him and Wayne Bridge's missus again...

One of the most overrated players on the planet. Carthorse slow and only has that reputation because of the world class that surrounds him!
Take him out of that comfort zone and he shows his arse like he has in many a world cup/Euros.
Should have been booted out of the game after calling a fellow professional a f`ing black c@nt especially when he had form for it already.
