REDIRECT VIRUS

I am effected by one of these. Especially on this forum. I get redirected to another site which I then can't get off. Could anyone tell me in plain jargon-free English what I should do, please?

This site has problems with browser hijacking on mobile phones.

Easiest repair is to use ADWcleaner to quickly scan your PC and remove common malware and redirect viruses. Completely trustworthy software recently purchased by MalwareBytes - I use it daily at work. Sorts 95% of basic Malware and redirect issues. Link below, just run a scan (takes less than 5minutes) and then "Clean" to make repairs. Hope that helps.
