Saturday racing

Post by happyclaret17 » Sat Apr 22, 2017 12:47 pm

2 20...TOP O THE BANK 5/1
this has already won at this c and d when badly drawn in a maiden.
has found some form since leaving the kevin ryan yard and Hamilton is a friend
of the trainer...she likes to use him when she has a live one.
this horse has lots of pace and is well drawn to get the hugely favoured rail.
others in this race drawn mid to high have not shown his pace.

3 55..scottish grand national...the trend horses here are.
SELDOM INN 25/1
BLAKEMOUNT 33/1
ANOTHER HERO 18/1
SUGAR BARON 20/1
HENRI PARI MORGAN 20/1

4 30 GILT SHADOW 12/1
made my notebook last time when travelling really well at the course on heavy ground prior to being pulled up.
he was 2nd in this race 2 years ago and today has a good claiming jockey...looks like he has been laid out for the race.

6 00 not betting in this but want to draw your attention to HAVANA GREY
this ones sire has had only 2 runners...both ran exceptional races from bad draws
2 things I dont like is the price and the stable who dont tend to have them fully wound up.
having said that the money is suggesting this is ready to go...personally I wont bet unless I
can get 3/1.

a quiet betting day with too much racing...my time will be spent making notes for future weeks UTC.

VICENTE was one of my grand national poicks Cutsy...fell at 1st bleeding fence...I got 13 1/2 to 1 for gilt shadow....they landed a nice little tickle there...always went best.

Keep em coming Happy1 - some nice touches coming in.

Gilt Shadow won nicely and I chucked in a couple of short price winners into a patent

dogwith3legs...just watching the golf...can see why a texan would be favoured...those flags are bending double...I can see a lot of putts being missed.
