Padiham help please.

I have been asked if I know where Lumb Quarry is in Padiham. I live on the edge of
Padiham and know it quite well, but have to confess to not being too sure where it is.

Apparently there are some allotments there.

I am sure someone out there can help me out, please.

Aren't they the allotments off Victoria Road? There's a wooden gate on Victoria Road itself leading to them

That's exactly what I thought, but how do you get there with all your gear ? Is there vehicular access ?

If it's those off of Victoria Road there's a gate about half way up the road, which you can drive down. But I dunno if you need special access or a key.
