Interesting Documentary

Post by Funkydrummer » Thu Apr 27, 2017 9:30 pm

Now on ITV, showing the police investigation into the terrible murder of businesswoman
Sadie Hartley in Helmeshore last winter.

Well worth watching on +1 or on catchup.

Friday racing

a couple of short priced ones to mention if you need a couple to throw in your bets
too short for me but both got a serious chance,
2 55 MONARCHS GLEN...last time he ran I made a note saying " group horse"...he needs to win this if he is.
3 20 DESERT RAIN...this one is bred by invincible spirit who are really poor first time out so running 2nd was a good effort.

5 05 PENNY DREADFUL currently 6/1 was drawn wrong last time at thirsk as far side was favoured....previous run was drawn wide at Catterick....tomorrrow has potentially the best draw on the high rail so at 6/1 looks worth a bet....utc.

It doesn't say that it's a repeat.

Very good viewing and a very good insight into the investigative prowess
of the police. Very clever and very thorough.

I already had this on record, but it's a series link, so there might be an episode next week about another case.

For those who like this sort of thing, there was also: 'Murder on the Internet' on Channel 5.

Cheers for that. My Sister in Law knew her (she lived in Helmshore at the time) so would be interesting to put meat on the bones of the story.

It wasn't a repeat as such, it was an hour long version of 'The murder of Sadie Hartley' incorporated into the ITV series 'The Detectives: Inside The Major Crimes Team'.

The original, longer version of this was shown last year.
