With Kante winning the title with Leicester and now (presumably) again with Chelsea, I was wondering if it's been done before?
2 seasons - Back-to-back champions - 2 different clubs.
Not necessarily the Premier League but champions of any of the 4 divisions.
How many players have won back-to-back champion winners medals with different clubs?
