From the comments I've seen on the match thread, his fitness should raise interesting comments.

The last time I saw Mike was in John Lewis in Chester buying a TV. I wondered if he was going to dither about something at the check-out because he does seem to be indecisive at times.

Not a bad ref but he needs to control games with a little more authority. This game threatened to boil over on a couple of occasions and he let WBA get away with persistent fouling. Wilson should have been off IMHO and I assume that Pulis agreed with me and hooked him before Mike J agreed and gave him a 2nd yellow.

Difficult one this... having watched MotD, I'm still unsure of his thoughts on the pen/non pen. Watching live I was convinced he'd waved it away, which would've been a mistake, as it's a clear pen.
With that in mind...

He did wave it away initially, whether he would have changed his mind with the Lino flagging is anyone's guess.

He'd already changed his mind, whistle was going to mouth as Barnes played the ball to Vokes.

Yep, I missed the goal through watching the lino and the ref. Initially waved away by the ref, lino flagged, ref spotted him and the whistle was on its way to his mouth when we scored.

Surprised by the high ratings
Missed the foul on Ward LHS Bob Lord
Corner from the jump on Ward
Did not punish their Goalie trying to take free kicks from the wrong spot a number of times
Wasted most of the 4 minutes extra having a nice chat with two of their players!
And wasn't giving the pen

"And wasn't giving the pen"
Scott Arfield was asking him about that on the wayback to the centre circle and, from his actions, his response seemed to indicate that he would have awarded the penalty
