the Championship playoffs

Post by Inchy » Sat May 13, 2017 5:21 am

Who do you want to win?

I am hoping Huddersfield win for a few reasons. My father in law is a Huddersfield fan and i have been to see them a few times this season. The main reason I want them to win is because how they helped Birmingham.
I also like how they have never spent a fortune. They are a well run club.

I think Fulham might do it because they have the momentum but anything can happen in the playoffs

Huddersfield cause they'll splash less cash than anyone else. Given David Jones record of promotions out of the Championship Weds are nailed on

I don't have much of a preference really. Suppose I can agree on Huddersfield, particularly because their promotion would be quite an achievement.

I'd be happy with Huddersfield or Wednesday. Good clubs, fine away trips.

I'd like Wednesday to win for away day purposes but think Fulham will go up!

Bit of a lottery so you never know but resting players or not, Huddersfield have been conceding a lot of goals towards end of season.

I like how Fulham play but just got a feeling it will be Weds.

Yes. Udders for helping to send Rovers a step further to oblivion.

If that doesn't deserve a reward, I don't know what does. 8-)
Quite near as well.

Reading easiest for me but we always seem to lose when we go there.

Reading, potentially the weakest if they came up and out of our catchment area

Except when we win but only once in the League (April 1981), drawn 8 lost 9. Not a great record is it?

6 pts is what we want

I think Huddersfield may end up paying for resting players. I've always thought it dangerous to take your foot of the gas once you're safely in the play-offs, momentum is everything.

Wednesday rested more than half there squad against Fulham and got tranched at home so their both refreshed teams
Very hard place to go to is Huddersfield and get anything from as Man City found out they will need to take a advantage to Hillsborough has its just as tough their 2 nil would be good for the Terriers and that will probably see them to Wembley COYT

Although I like them as a club and I enjoy visiting Hillsbrough, I hope Sheff Weds stay down because I reckon they'll have the best chance of staying up with their rich owners and defensively solid style.

So Hudds for me, although both Reading and Fulham would struggle big time in the PL.

I predict Fulham. They've got a bit of class about them.

Huddersfield for me. I've got a real soft spot for them, lived there for a year and it's pretty similar to Burnley.

Yep, although I didn't like how Villa turned up at Ewood with a beach ball and towels.

2 wonderful footballing teams, playing the right way. Exciting to watch are Fulham. Id take quite a few from them but they wouldn't look the same players in a Dyche team.

I'd take the Fulham manager too, they play football how it's supposed to be played. I'd rather we played that way instead of the soul sucking negative crap we serve up. I wouldn't fancy us to beat either of these two teams away from home.

thought you wanted Wagner ? #anyonebutdyche

I don't like the way we play, today was dreadful for sure BUT as I just posted on another thread, Rovers fans used to moan about the style of play when Allardick was in charge - now look at them.
