Is 'free tuition' a bad idea then..?

Most schools are free...I went to a couple..did you?
There was a time before we had annual £9000 tuition fees.

Is 'free tuition' an important component of investing in this country's future?

Anything you give to someone for free, when you can't pay for it yourself is a bad idea

A politician out on the street, getting stuck in. Who'd have thought it ?
Perhaps the vicar's daughter might try meeting ordinary people some day...

Hampers is quite right, we should be concentrating on the manifestos rather than silly, personal attacks.......oh wait, what's this on the Liberal Democrat thread?
That little three foot ginger squirt Farron is an irrelevance for this election. and there is no way he' will get my cross against his name.

So you have no problem with Corbyn promising loads of things for free when the costs don't add up.

I know you see yourself a the main spokesman for Labour on here, but the guy is an idiot. You seem to be offended if someone calls Corbyn but you are happy to do exactly the same to Farron & May, is that not a tad hypocritical ?

All those things you daftly listed maybe free at the point of use but we as a country all contribute to pay for them and it currently isn't enough, yet you don't see an issue with chucking more things on the list of freebies.

Just made exactly the same point, he is happy lobbing insults at his own targets but anyone he has a thing for gets a negative comment and the frothing starts.

Impossible to make Boris appear even more comical and dafter than he makes himself.

Yesterday, at the Sikh Temple with Boris promoting whisky sales to India was a real classic.

Straight out of "Some Mothers Do Ave Em".
