Kelechi Iheanacho
Kelechi Iheanacho
Looks like this kid will be available this summer, it would take some bid to get him but boy what a signing he would be.
'Think' Lukaku.

He's worth a shot, shown he can score when played.

Re: Kelechi Iheanacho
think he'll go to a much bigger club than us, West Ham rumored at 20 million
Re: Kelechi Iheanacho
Likely out of our range both price and wage wise, but there needs to come a point, as part of progression, where we are willing to push the boat out further again.
Calculated gambles and players with big sell on potential should always be our model - with that sprinkling of experience and a core of 'regulars'.

Re: Kelechi Iheanacho
He has a court case going on about his image rights that will probably mean City can't sell him until it is resolved.
Robbie Keane is looking for a move - "I wouldn't rule out anything. There would definitely be an interest in the UK. I'd never say never but it has to be the right club and the right people involved -- an ambitious club who want to get in the Premier League or stay in the Premier League.

Re: Kelechi Iheanacho
Yeah, Man City, Pep will be spending big this summer and if he doesn't fancy Aguero then this chap has no chance.South West Claret. wrote:Is that Man City then?

Thanks, on the odd occasions that I've seen MC the fella that's just announced that he's off always seemed to look impressive (can't remember his name) even though he's 34 or 35. He's maybe to old for Dyche

Re: Kelechi Iheanacho
Are you on about Zabaleta, their right back?
He's ace, I'd have him, but he's off to West Ham I think.

west Ham seem to be aiming for a massive squad next season. Zabaleta will be their 10th signing by all accounts!

Any non Burnley player I've owned in Fantasy Football is not going to be joining us.
Snodgrass, Defoe, Kane etc.

Re: Kelechi Iheanacho
He's always looked average when I've seen him, which isn't much. I wouldn't break the bank for him.
Re: Kelechi Iheanacho
I sit with a City fan at work so we were discussing this guy yesterday when paper talk suggested he would be sold.
My opinion was he looked useful whenever I've seen him, price means he's off our radar so probably a non starter anyway. His opinion was not a Burnley signing as he's useless off the ball with little work rate.
I suggested we are likely to have to progress and look to change style at some point to improve our chances of staying up long term. He said I wouldn't be changing your style to suit him if I was Dyche.
We talk a lot about football and I value his opinion, even more in this instance as he does go to games. He has changed my thoughts anyway.

Re: Kelechi Iheanacho
£20m is a doable fee. Sale of Michael Keane more than pays for that in itself.
But personally, I'd be looking towards a loan (with possibly an option to buy).
