How bad do you have it?
My son, a season ticket holder for over 20 year says he could never own this make of car, no doubt looking at the badge you can guess why!

So does the length if time you have a season ticket for relate to what car you can have?

No, but it's a good indicator given the inter-generational theft that we have experienced. House prices, pensions (retirement age and defined benefit schemes), and the withdrawal of educational grants. Baby boomers laughing while the rest of us, to borrow Paul Weller's lyrics, 'work and work and work and work til we die cos there's plenty more fish in the sea to fry'.Sidney1st wrote:So does the length if time you have a season ticket for relate to what car you can have?

I could never own a BMW either but to be honest that's purely down to the cost.

Absolutely agree. What Claret in their right mind would own a car with a badge sporting blue and white halves, you would be a laughing stock.Terrier wrote:My son, a season ticket holder for over 20 year says he could never own this make of car, no doubt looking at the badge you can guess why!

Re: How bad do you have it?
I'd own a BMW.
An E30 M3 LHD for starters.
The new M3 looks good too, as does the M4.
I'd also consider and X5.
I can't afford one, but I'd have one.
Wouldn't have an E36 though, I don't like the positioning and feel of the gear stick/selector.

BMW - a car for people on the way up
Mercedes - a car for people who have got there.
I own neither

Black mans wheels
Re: How bad do you have it?
I've no real problem with Bristol Rovers so no need to change car yet.
