My broadband went down just after final whistle. Managed to get a short report written on phone so apologies for any errors.

The official site has profiles of some of them.

Bruce is 6'2" already, and from Darwen
Leighton Egan used to be at Man Utd
Mpofu is nicknamed Waz, and signed after his release from Everton. He's still 15.
Ollie Younger, the Ben Mee-alike defender, is from Skipton, is a lifelong Claret and has been with us since he was 8.
Dwight McNeil is ex Man Utd
Jumeau has a French dad and a Canadian mum.
Scott Wilson is from the Ribble Valley

Is he a ringer? and what was he in for?

Mpofu is a 2nd year scholar. He was one of the youngest but he's 17 this Friday. Not sure where you get the 15 from.

My duff info came from the official site, based on this sentence:
Mpofu, who turned 15 in July 2016, is the second youngest of the new-intake, however the defender isn’t afraid to surge forward where possible
I saw that it wasn't yet his birthday, so just went with it.

Mpofu was really good, probably our stand out player. Great penalty too.

I bet everton released him because of size. Loads of time to grow yet.

Just got in after a long road trip and I am pleased as punch to see that the lads won through to the final. Reading the posts it appears that the Turks played some good football, however, the Clarets pulled together as a team, sounds familiar, and won through in the end.
Good luck in the final.

They did play some good football but looking back at it we rarely looked like conceding.

This was the case last season when Michael Duff had obviously got a good spirit within the team and they worked so hard for each other. The team relies on every player doing his bit and that is what I have seen in the matches so far and I am sure that Danny will carry on this philosophy.
I look forward to seeing the lads play this season and watching their development.

Did the first one actually go in and was not on tv score?

I think it came back out off the stanchion.
When I saw it live I thought "what a good penalty"

yeah just looked on flashscore, they give it as 4-1 on pens which now makes sense ! Thought 4-0 was weird !!

I thought there first pen had gone in but it was a daft camera angle so when it remained at 1-0 to us on the screen I presumed it had gone just wide and hit the stanchion. I was baffled when stepped up to take the fourth.

Andingle has posted a highlights link at post 108. if you jump to 2m36sec you can clearly see the ball comes out off the support going across the back of the goal, on the ground.

That was certainly the impression I got talking to the Everton coaching staff at Strahov last week
