Struggling to get out of Div 9. Any tips for playing as Burnley or general gameplay.

My Son who is pretty good at FIFA reaching Elite 1 most of the time on Ultimate Team weekend league, gave me these tips to pass on to you,
1. Play to Burnleys Strengths e.g. Don't over the top ball to Sam Vokes only to players like gray with high pace.
2. Use the low driven finish when available as it is very effective
3. Use L2/R2 dribbling if on PS4, If on Xbox RT/LT. If you don't know what this is watch tutorials off pros such as Hashtag Harry.
4. Practice with Teams such as Real Madrid and Barcelona before using a team like Burnley for more practice.
5. Watch on YouTube Pro Fifa players as they will explain what to do in each area of the pitch.
6. Play how Burnley play, score a goal then park the bus the remainder of the game.

My first question is, why are Burnley in division 9?
