Club Supporter Liaison Officer
I'm sure there are occasions when every supporter feels let down by a club official or department. It's easy to throw the brickbats in public but when somebody puts themselves out to help with a situation, even one that's not of their making, that probably gets overlooked too often. So to rectify that at least partially; thanks from me to Harriet Harbidge for helping out with a problem today.

Harriet's not long been in the job but this is the first time we've had a proper SLO rather than someone just taking on the role who was already working there.

I would think her wages are her business.South West Claret. wrote:What are her wages and conditions for the job and where and when was the vacancy posted?
The terms and conditions for the job were made available when the club advertised the vacancy on the official website.

Re: Club Supporter Liaison Officer
Ended up with some tickets last season that were damaged and some had no barcode on. Think it was the sunderland cup game. There were a few of us and loads of others with same issue. Game was about to kick off. Stewards and ticket office were far from helpful and there were massive queues for other tickets (which it looked like we would have to buy) but Harriet came over and sorted it all out in two minutes and got us all in straight away without needing replacements. Definitely went out of her way for us too.thatdberight wrote:I'm sure there are occasions when every supporter feels let down by a club official or department. No idea but a project support officer in a local authority earns anything between 20k-30k I'd imagine. If she's got a project management qualification I'd imagine she would earn more than that.

He went to secondary school. Surely you don't expect him to be able to spell it?PaintYorkClaretnBlue wrote:I feel old when I hear "High School" What's wrong with secondary school??
