Crap stream tonight on SM, worst ever, tried several options none were free of buffering, picture quality very poor, all in all very disappointing.
But we BEAT THE DOLLOPERS again.

Not sure what it is with me, but I'm really struggling with SM at the minute.

Download speed tests show that I'm averaging 30mbs and I've just got purevpn but there are still problems like stuttering, being kicked off etc, and SM on kodi is almost impossible.

I watched Burton v Birmingham fine, then had problems all day Saturday. Sunday and Huddersfield V Newcastle was awful, but the Spurs v Chelsea game was ok. Tonight the Burnley game wasn't the best, but the Liverpool game was ok

It's not the service it was (which is presumably why it is free at the moment).

Kodi add-on doesn't work on the current version of Kodi, a lot of buffering using the website or matrix TV app.

I wouldn't mind if there were legal options, I'd happily pay more for an official stream, but it's annoying when the option is dodgy stream or nothing.

As of 11am today, if you in put the code imwithmania into the coupon box you'll get another 7 days free.
This is another temporary fix whilst they sort out their payment service.
Only applies to existing subscribers whose subscription expired in the last four or five weeks.

It is saying code disabled? Also I'm having trouble accessing the forum. I'm just getting a blank screen. Anyone else having issues?

It will only work if your sub has expired in last few weeks.

I have tried it for my father in laws account and it has now worked. Mine expires Sunday so will try again for me on Sunday.

Reading the forum it looks a bit hit and miss, try logging out and back in again, clear cookies etc, mine expires at midnight so will try again in the morning.

If you try to use the code without a vpn it comes up with "code disabled" That's what I got anyway, Started Opera and the code was accepted straight away.

When I used the Imwaiting code a few weeks ago on the day my sub expired i couldnt get on Sportsmania and i couldnt use the code due to having an active subscription.

It updated fine the next day so i think their is just a glitch in the system around this crossover that means you will have one day without access but you should be fine to use the code tomorrow

Got on it through the tapatalk app. They now have a thread where you respond with yes if your sub expires today and the code won't work and you cant access on kodi

An alternative is PA Hosting. Get it on Kodi, fire tv, mobile app etc. Costs £50 for the year and that includes sports, movies, tv programs etc. They do a free trial but not at weekends. Can buy a week's pass though Find them on BookFace

Just signed up to ipvanish is this just an app which is supposed to run in the background as you stream through kodi/sportsmania? Signed up as it looks like UK internet providers are clamping down on streaming services but thought a vpn would get round this?

Yes. Install it on your firestick. Log in and set your server to Amsterdam. Come out of it and use kodi as normal

Opera also seems to make mobdro work far better, at least for me. Got a great stream on from Bournemouth.

I have ipvanish and have set it up on my firestick. Using my box today as i only use the firestick in the week when im away with work in hotels. I did test Sportsmania on the firestick when i set it up and it looked fine but not used it for a big live game yet.

ipvanish set to Netherlands giving me an excellent stream with no buffering for the Bournemouth game on now on my box though

I watched Bournemouth game through Sky Sports Prem channel on Sportsmania.

Just switched to firestick and got 3pm stream through Sportsmania calendar so it may be something else with your setup Tommy which is causing your issues.
