3 nil to scrape a draw sounds like some defensive work needs doing on the training ground

Our four games this season have featured 17 goals, unfortunately we have conceded one more than we have scored.
Ipswich had conceded 12 goals in two matches before today and this was their first point, however, our lads have started off OK with only 1 defeat in 4 after a big step up and change of manager.

Fully agree with you, Ashington and the point you make about a new manager is very important. Danny Cadamarteri has stepped in and taken over where MD left off (based on results). We can but hope that some of these will feature in the first team in the future. We know that's asking a lot but that's the aim.

Totally agree with that Ashington and it has to be realised we've taken a big step up this season in terms of the quality of the opposition. I saw the home game last week against Millwall and was surprised at just how big that step is.Ashingtonclaret46 wrote:Our four games this season have featured 17 goals, unfortunately we have conceded one more than we have scored.
