Yep, true. That's where their taste sensors are. They stand on their food before eating it, which is similar to the likes of Blackburn's population.Shipandpilotdevon wrote:Butterflies can taste with their feet

I remember Brian Cox explaining it on wonders of the universe series I think. I stand to be corrected as im no scientist and its a while ago now but everything is made up of molecules and 99 per cent of each molecule is empty space. So to squeeze out the empty space in each molecule in ever object on earth would leave a ball that fit into your hand and because there is no empty space it becomes extremely dense. I remember my mind being blown away when he said it.

My word you really do go out of your way to mention him in almost everything you post. Did you end up working at the same place by accident or did you apply there once you found out where he worked?cutsy123 wrote:cricketfieldclarets is a do gooder but also a football hooligan

Re: 3 Random Facts
Inchy, to put our differences to one side for a second, I was showing my nephews the Liverpool-Milan game from 2005, yesterday, and I told them I went home at half time, thinking it would be a drubbing - and you then phoned me up three times telling me Liverpool had scored so I came to watch Extra Time and then penalties. Cracking game. On par with Man U's win, in 1999.

In 2006 the Lego Group produced 15 billion individual pieces of Lego, which included 306 million tires. By 2011 Lego's annual production was increased to 318 million, nearly twice as much as any of the other tire companies, including Bridgestone, Michelin, and Goodyear.
