Alan Pardew, just like Steve Parrish, is Crystal Palace through and through. Read the comments of Steve Parrish on Twitter and they mirror the mindset of Alan Pardew.

I agree with you, but it still doesn't mean that his views are representative of the club or the fanbase as a whole. e.g. I would describe Stan Ternent as Claret through and through, but I don't always align myself with his views.

He was part of Fifa's technical study group too.

Regardless of his ability as an international coach, he's well respected within the game even if fans don't rate him.

After listening to the pre match comments from Alan Pardew on Sky "that Turf Moor was not really up to Premier League standard" and "that the dressing rooms at Burnley were like asking players to get changed in a cupboard" I was so glad that we beat them. I couldn't care less that they have sacked De Boer and now asked Roy Hodgson to take over at their deluded little club.

Would seem to be the case http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41229891 if they didn't think he was the right man for the job, why not fire him in the summer, Zaha has been out, Mamadou Sakho is not yet match-fit.Manager can't account for dodgy back passes or players missing open goals.

Fdb was awful at inter Milan and quickly dismissed. Writing was on the wall with a poor start in English football too. Fdb may have been a success in dutch football, but so was Steve McLaren.

I've just googled palace's manager list. They have form for changing, something like 26 managers since Malcolm Allison. Also if they alway give out 3 year contracts, they could currently be paying 4 or 5 managers at the moment!!
