My point was that if he had admitted guilt, his ban would have been announced by now?
I assume we have submitted an explanation or mitigation which they are considering overnight?

Re: ARTICLE: Tarkowski charged by FA
It was obvious in the post match interviews that "nice respectable guy Chris" had dropped us in it.
SD's reaction was enough to suggest he knew it would now be reviewed as did Hughton himself that's why SD immediately dropped their swallow diving ****** in the 5hit. Touche.
I have a feeling SD will go to town on this.
Whilst Hughton's players are cheating and diving around in the area he has the gall to pull that incident.
A dig in the ribs is not ruining the beautiful game it's the constant cheating and diving.
If Tarks gets a ban and Murray doesn't then it proves the powers that be haven't got a clue.

Think it’s been proved many times that they haven’t got a clue...

Re: ARTICLE: Tarkowski charged by FA
The FA will always be seen as hypocrites thanks to that time when they lobbied UEFA at Euro 2012 when Rooney had a ban imposed on him. They should have just accepted the 3 game ban, although the ban was reduced to two games it was counterproductive as it eroded their authority when it comes to domestic bans.

Re: ARTICLE: Tarkowski charged by FA
Will depend on how we responded. If we just accepted it then they would just be able to administer the ban. If we haven't then it might be a longer process. Either way, they have to make a decision prior to the next game.dermotdermot wrote:Does anyone know what’s going on?

They're finding out if they can bring back capital punishment, just this once.
Re: ARTICLE: Tarkowski charged by FA
So a decision/ban could still be announced tomorrow presumably.
Doesn't leave much time for adjustments albeit presume Long will automatically
come in for Tarkowski and Dyche has been preparing accordingly for that.

Re: ARTICLE: Tarkowski charged by FA
If you are given the opportunity to provide a response, why would you not? The determining committee couldn’t possibly meet prior to Xmas, and that way you keep the player available to you. Worse thing that happens is the mitigating circumstance is dismissed

The determining committee will make a decision prior to our game against Spurs whether we have challenged it or not. Those are the rules.NRC wrote:If you are given the opportunity to provide a response, why would you not? Re: ARTICLE: Tarkowski charged by FA
Decision to ban has to be unanimous that it would warrant a red card after they have independently reviewed all the footage.
The fact that it's taking a while could be good news?
