Pogbas shirt

Post by Rightfoot » Sat Jan 20, 2018 11:09 pm

Pogba kindly gave his shirt to a little girl in th CFS today which nearly ended up in a punch up between a few blokes as one old chap were telling the little GIRL she shouldn't be in this stand - pathetic (her dad reassured him she was a season ticket holder), Football real is full of knuckle draggers

There is a pile of brains outside during the match . They leave them there and pick them up on the way out.

The shirt won't fit her.

Thought it was great of pogba to offer his shirt. Lets not forget 99% don't. Shame on the knuckle dragger living up to his name.

It's very complementary of you to presume these wet wipes have them in the first place

Plenty of ‘United’ fans in the Burnley end today, you can always tell and it does inspire animosity.

That coupled with the frustration of the result is probably enough for someone to vent at something that sounds quite harmless.

Not condoning it, but not surprised in anyway, shape or form.

There was a tout with what looked like a book of tickets selling them next to the program stall on the way down the back of the cricket field.

Would love to know where they came from.

Edit: he wasn’t too bothered who he was selling them to.

Every Claret has a brain. Just that some rest them during a match!

Would have been much more sensible for Pogba to have agreed to give the shirt to the girl at the players exit after the match. No need to upset anyone then.

Should have told a steward and/or policeman. It's an easy arrest, and both he and the people who sold tickets to him could all be banned.

Fair point, only realised as I was walking away. I’m sure other people spotted it also.

Regardless there was stewards very close anyway

Pogba gave his shirt to a little boy in the JH lower last season as well. Really good to see.

Hazard did the same with a brighton fan yday

Little lad held up a piece of paper saying can i have your shirt. He ran over at end of his way to give it him

A little sentiment will make a little boy/girls day and they will remember for the rest of life

I bet if Hendrick gave his shirt away at the end some on here would probably try to set fire to it.

I don’t have a problem with this apart from the fact that a potential life long Burnley fan will have been turned into a plastic Utd fan because Pogba gave her a sweaty rag...

I didn't see her sign!

I could see things were getting heated 15 rows down from me.
What I saw was an arrogant, over paid prat thinking he was so great, that we would be desperate for his shirt.
IMO Cork and Defour had played at least as well as he had.
I admit I was somewhat agitated that he felt he was so superior he could approach the Burnley fans.
As he took his shirt off, I was screaming for people to throw it back in his face.

I feel a bit of a d**k now. :(

I hope she enjoys the shirt.

First thing I noticed when I looked at the sign, was that hair cut. Dear Me, what's that all about?
It looks a bad attempt at a Rudi Voller!

That style is currently all the rage.
Usually found on teenagers who're also wearing similar tracksuit bottoms, trainers and jackets.
Not quite clones of each other, but it isn't far off.
Some will also be wearing those ridiculous little rectangular addidas bags that sit across their chest or just under their arms. (other brands are available)

Thank goodness I don't own a teenager just yet, as untidyness and handbags won't wash in this household.

There's only a few things band from entering our house, but perms and handbags for males have just been added.

Could possibly be the start of a little cottage industry begging the best players in the world for their shirts then banging them on eBay the following day, well done that girl.

The CF stand does all it can to intimidate the opposition players and give us a slight advantage, I for one don't want to see signs welcoming opposition players in there. Maybe she should relocate to another part of the ground?

Just as we wouldn't accept our players asking for opposition shirts on the pitch.

What happens against City when there's 50 kids with signs asking for every superstars shirt?

Lots of kids will of seen how easy it was for her. Even my youngest lad suggested he might do it. He's now grounded and not allowed on the Turf for a while.
