My brother went with mates a few years ago. You have to sign up as a member but you get your own membership card :D

Cheap enough. And even though it was a meaningless game the atmosphere looked unbelievable. Have some pics and vids he sent me somewhere.

Cheers. Turns out its election day that weekend the day after the game, so that could prompt some excellent Tifo

I went to a champions league qualifying round game about twenty years ago there. Not sure what I can remember or tell you, but you're welcome to ask! :-)

Went about 25 years ago to a derby game against Ujpest Dosza. It was 5-0 to Ferencvaros at half time. Quite a bit of violence between supporters in and around the ground.

I didn't see a game there but I have been passed the ground on a few occasions
If anyone is thinking of going Budapest is worth a visit.

I went to watch Ferencvaros in Budapest on a stag do, we queued for memberships which included personal details and finger prints for our club membership cards. Then bought the ticket in the singing section behind the goal. All in it was less than £5!

Not sure who the opposition was, ‘we’ won 3-1, there was someone leading the chanting on a platform with a microphone. There were a few hundred bouncing about but I would not describe the atmosphere as anything special to be honest. We listened to Burnley winning on the radio via clarets player and no one bothered us!

We got a taxi to the ground and train back to the centre. There were lots of security around the ground and riot police at the station.

I’d go again if in the city.
