Arsenal v CSKA
6 mins gone two VAR decisions BUT it is not in use.
Musa through on Cech and wrongly given offside.
Ramsey scores and given offside. Too close to call, so should stand for me.

If they win the tie does that mean our game against them will definitely be rescheduled?

5th official gives a pen.
That is a first for me. They normally just stand there like plantpots.

Re: Arsenal v CSKA
I believe that CSKA will be bringing on Trevor Quow to improve the defence in the second half.

Yes it does, as a semi-final leg will be played on Thursday 3rd May and, therefore, our game won't be played on the Saturday and will highly probably be moved to Sunday 6th.Bop wrote:If they win the tie does that mean our game against them will definitely be rescheduled?

Re: Arsenal v CSKA
Wouldnt put it past Arsenal to screw up in the second leg.
Particularly with the Russians away goal. Although unlikely.
CSKA looked very poor.
There'll be a lot of pressure in the stadium, given the political situation.
But the Gunners should have enough.

Re: Arsenal v CSKA
With that result looking like it will take Arsenal into the semi-final it will mean that our game with them scheduled for Saturday 5th May is now likely to take place on Sunday 6th.

Re: Arsenal v CSKA
and a massively changed Arsenal side to boot - just like United did last year. I'll be cheering them on for sure and hope they play the kids against us !!!Leisure wrote:With that result looking like it will take Arsenal into the semi-final it will mean that our game with them scheduled for Saturday 5th May is now likely to take place on Sunday 6th.

Lets hope they get roughed up in Moscow but scrape through after extra time!
Re: Arsenal v CSKA
If our match with them is moved I believe the player of the year awards will be re scheduled to bank holiday Monday.
