We owe them one for that match where Sam V got injured and it almost ensured their safety if I remember rightly.....

I hope that Chris Wood pushes one of their defenders to score a goal.

No it was defiantly that game he did his ACLtim_noone wrote:I thought Sam got injured prior to us playing them late on in the championship.they then wen up as champions with us second.
Then some lump of a striker for Leicester pushed Duff in the build up to their second goal

The game for premier league safety was when Matt taylor missed a pen then they went up other end and scored.

Vokes did his acl in the promotion one where Wood scored a worldie.
Still have nightmares about Taylor missing the penalty then Vardy scoring about 12 seconds later

Have we sold out yet?
4 wins in a row, scoring 2 or more in each game.
We might even score in the cricket field end.

Re: Leicester game - Ticket watch
I'd love to for us to get our first penalty of the season against them, and for Barnes to have dived to have won it, and for the ball to barely cross the line but be given.
Basically, everything contentious possible - and of course, Vardy to be sent off for a second bookable for diving.

Chris Wood to push Morgan to score would be lovely.

There are always dozens of empty seats in the back block of the Cricket Field, nearest the segregation, even for 'sell outs'

There are certain games, if selling out early enough, the club release another few hundred. Some of those they don’t usually seek are probably where you say.

They'll be gone by lunch tomorrow. What are Leicester offering their fans to come up north? Was it last time we played them they got a breakfast at the ground and free travel?

Yes yes yes and when I look down from my seat in the JHU on Saturday afternoon I will still see a decent number of seats with no bums on them.
- some will be in the Cricket Field Stand [Burnley section] but most will be in the JML, towards the front.
I can't see the JH lower so not sure about that.

JM is where the bond sellers etc are seated and I think quite a few don't bother going on the games. I know someone who has 2 tickets there and hardly attends.hampsteadclaret wrote:Yes yes yes and when I look down from my seat in the JHU on Saturday afternoon I will still see a decent number of seats with no bums on them.

Re: Leicester game - Ticket watch
Precisely the point.
We're a PL club now and tickets are usually in big demand.
If the are NOT BEING USED they should...not take them/hand them back with a brief explanation/have the tickets taken off them.
Then someone else can sit there.
