Looks a bit like an Arsenal/ Forest/ Derby hybrid squad.

Notts Forest - mid to late 60s? 1967 perhaps?

Rick got it right. That team were runners-up in the top flight. That gives me hope for Burnley to be champions next season!
... And If that happens I would admit to being a little two-faced as a Brexiter (after the ALLEZ ALLEZ ALLEZ thread) by singing 'Championes, Championes oh-way oh-way oh-way.'

Yeah, Forest alright. Managed by Johnny Carey. Runner's up in the league and FA Cup Semi Finalists '67. Ian Storey-Moore, great left winger. Later on, he agreed to sign for Derby and was paraded around the pitch in front of their fans, then changed his mind and signed for Man Yoo; caused a stir at the time.

Ian Storey-Moore was a useful trivia quiz answer some years back.
The question was - name 3 players with three O's in their surname to play for England?
The other two? Peter Osgood and Tony Woodcock.
