Hey things are going well eh? And if you can believe the Sky Sports predictor just released we are going to finish 8th (behind Leicester apparently). I'll take that with a decent run in Europe and maybe a good go at a domestic cup.
I was in your camp..there's some real drama queens on here. As dyche gone to Everton or is it palace?

Ha ha!! I believe Ramsbottom United have been tapping him up.
To be honest I didn't know if he was going or not but there were so many on here at one time pretty much acting as though he had played his last game for us. The rumour mill is a cruel thing and I learned to ignore it years ago.
Would you be happy with the Sky predictor though? It means falling a place from last year but hey we're not going to trouble the top 6 any time soon so I think it would be another decent season.

He took his time, measured his options, saw that the Club's ambitions match his own, then signed the best contract of his career. He's a smart lad is Ben Mee.

Maybe if Everton had signed both Michael Keane AND Ben Mee then Keane would have fared better there. Or put another way the quality of Ben Mee’s defending remained at the same high level after Keane left, but the same can’t be said of Keane’s. Whilst that might be due to all sorts of factors at Everton, it might also be that Ben Mee was the more dependable defender all along.
My favourite signing of a really good window.

I agree. And for at least two reasons - one, Mee is such a solid and dependable defender that he makes the others' work easier; two, Mee's work ethic and effort and determination are so high that the others have to work as hard as he does or else look lazy. It's a lot easier to skive when your colleagues are skiving too.
The Reading header off the floor only happened once, but the attitude is there always.

Maybe all was in hand and ticking along behind the scenes.
who knows
Surely we can have some faith in the club, MG & SD by now?
Anyway absolutely fantastic news. UTC

I'm that pleased with this news that I've liked ever post till I got bored of doing that. It turns out that number was 33.

Yes, definitely the best signing. During every warm up at the turf I look for BM to satisfy myself that he’s in the team because he’s the most important player by far. Being a blondie he’s not difficult to spot neither.

Sounds like Mee started to believe his own press and thought he was destined for something bigger and better than little old Burnley. Unfortunately for Bertie Big Boll*cks no one else was interested in him so reality bit home, he realised what side his bread was buttered on and signed his new contract
