Absolutely fantastic tonight. all of them. Done everything bar score at the vital moment.
McNeil for an 18 year old was superb. On his debut againdt a sidr with Olympiakos pedigree!!! How confident?
Just wouldnt go in when we needed it. And it was inevitible theyd nick it.
Until next time.

Fantastic effort from what is mostly our second string. Shows that their is some depth there. If only we had 1 or 2 like McNeil pushing we would be close to where we need to be.
Now lets start playing for 7th again

So disappointed not to be able to watch us live in the stadium in Europa. I would have been able to only go to group stage games.
However the lads played so well in all our European games, they certainly did their best. If only we took our chances and we had a decent referee last week, we would be in the draw tomorrow.
But the game was excellent, certainly a lot of good things to take on Sunday. Let's get the win and sack The Crazy One!

Re: Proud
I wasn't looking forward to watching the match (on tv).
Was hoping for a good performance and to be able to leave the pub feeling better
than when I entered it. And so I did.
Just about to the point where I could feel proud of my team.
Having said that tonight did expose us a little and we desperately need to put away some of our chances
which, at present, we're finding extremely difficult to do even though we didn't get much luck tonight.

Agreed. Gave everything just sadly came up short with the finishing.

feeling most fans had at the end of the game.
We might have gone out of the competition but have restored some
pride and faith in the brethren hence the ovation at the end.
Thank God for that?
