Away fan friendly pubs
Away fan friendly pubs
Hi Guys,
I have a couple of UTD fan mates coming to the match on Sunday and planing to have a few drinks before (before dropping them at the cricket club) and after the match with them. Any recommendations?

Most pubs will be fine. even the culvert. As long as no colours.
The lass who is running the dyche has done a great job with what was a dying pub too. So shoupd be fine in there. we were in with about 10 or more aberdeen fans and there was no problem.

The Rifle Volunteer often has a few away fans in before and after matches. Even had about ten Olympiakos fans yesterday, apparently all from Lancaster University.

Re: Away fan friendly pubs
There are some pubs that specify home fans only (e.g Talbot,) but I think these days most pubs and most Burnley fans welcome well behaved away fans.
It:s the ones who act like dicks and draw attention to themselves that may run into bother.
