I've been trying to think of a few songs from the 60's that we made into footy chants on the Longside back in the day.
Just a couple to start with:
Sha La La La Lee - Small Faces
Na Na Hey Hey Goodbye - Steam

Anyone add to these?
Fairly simple songs but easy enough to make into chants.

Trying to suggest a few for some lads on Turf Moor Loyal, their repertoire usually consists of 'Come On Burnley'

Claret forever is Bob on "Onward Christian Soldiers"

Original version was "Lloyd George knew my Father"

Also its actually quite amazing how many "Hymn" tunes are used in football songs... but as many hymn tunes are used in different hymns with different words its actually not that surprising really.
