He did finish the season well and I am pleased he will be a Burnley Player next season.

Really good news - a blend of youth and experience is key in the Championship. Results with Cork last season speak for themselves, we are a better team with him in it and it's that simple for me. Dyche dropping Cork after Westwood recovered from Covid was the biggest error he made last season.
Brownhill will presumably be delighted with this as his performances were completely unrecognisable when he had Cork next to him.
Cullen seems to operate in best Cork's role in front of defence but Jack is pretty flexible and playing in a three will suit him as he gets older anyway.
