I know what you mean it's outrageously peculiar on this forum. Posters studiously adhere to the topics being discussed.

Nothing wrong with conversations going in different directions, that's what happens in the real world.
But very rarely have I seen topics jump from speeding on the motorway, to the wearing of masks during covid 5 years ago.

Me neither I wasn't expecting amphibians to hop up shortly afterwards but as forest gump once said life is like a box of chocolates.

I think that's a much better option to turning the centre lane green for both directions.

It does take the fun out of it though.
