2022/23: Huddersfield Town v Burnley – Ticket Information

After half of my order arrived yesterday, just had to go and collect the other half from the ticket office. Thankfully they replied swiftly by email (don’t think they’ve ever answered a phone!) so would recommend anyone yet to receive to try and get in touch and collect if possible

Did they have the original tickets or did they reprint? I spoke to the office earlier and wasn't given the option to pick up from the office, I was told to ring up tomorrow and would have to pick up from Huddersfield.

Called at my old address and ticket was there.

Although I changed my address the club sent to the old one, not a problem though as I still own the property

Just received our three tickets however, they were NOT meant to be delivered to my address and the seats do NOT match what we had confirmed, they are the row behind which isn't an issue unless someone hasn't received theirs and they ask for a reprint and the tickets are duplicated!

Have people received the exact tickets that they had on their confirmation email? Really can’t be bothered with duplicated tickets and people arguing about being in their seats when it isn’t their fault

Haha i assure you i am not the Ticketing Manager just sharing my experience to help discuss between fellow Clarets attending tomorrow night's match.

by the Ticket Office manager, was it Chris Parkinson?

Same happened with mine despite updating my personal details with club back in February and the account showing the new address.

After trying to contact ticket office all week without success I selected option 0 on the phone options and spoke to switchboard and said I wanted to speak to someone in ticket office as they are not answering the phone or emails. It appears my tickets are still in ticket office even though I selected post option so I am having to go to Burnley to pick them up.

It is shocking they didn’t get the tickets until Monday yes, but the ticket office obviously haven’t sent out the tickets correctly and have made a mess of it. If they sent them out on Monday or Tuesday as they claim they would be here now. I live 3 miles from the Turf!

Got ours too just in time. They got sent to my old address I left a couple of years ago! The person who lives there lucky still had my number and they texted me this morning so I had to go round to pick them up.
Why do the club still have old addresses that people deleted and changed years ago?! And how have they been sent to the wrong place?! My address on my account is correct, the address on the email conformation is correct, so how has this happened?
The usual suspects will be along to defend the ticket office but yet again they have failed at the simplest of tasks. Absolute farce. Really annoyed about this has it simply shouldn’t be happening.
