Feel for Wood. he is so isolated. Hope he can get some confidence back.

Vokes on ten minutes late and on for the wrong player, should be Westwood.

JBG should always be played on the right, even if it means sacrificing Lennon.

Probably best to let the guys who watched Vydra play - and have got his fitness stats - to pick the team.

Not seen a Burnley side under Dyche perform this badly in all areas against a mid table side before, usually we scrape a draw even if we’re sh1t.

Wenger to Burnley?

Luca: Am I crazy for thinking that Burnley could be the perfect landing spot for Arsene Wenger? Dyche has given them the grit and backbone. Now Wenger could come in, add a few smart players, and push them on. They could be the next Leicester, but not unless they change something at the top.

Anyone else agree with Luca?

We seem to be developing a bad habit of being good 1st half and missing numerous chances, only then to be really poor second half and creat virtually nothing

We have been out strengthed, out fought and out thought second half

I'm in Denver, can't get the game on tv (just City, with our score in top right corner) so "watching" through posts on here.

Isn't this the "europa" challenge? Playing Thurs and Sunday need to rotate the squad. Good first half today - apart from first few mins. Conceded 2 start of 2nd half - isn't that defensive failings? And, didn't 3 of the back 4 sit out Thurs?

Yes, we need to score when we are "on top" - but need to stop the opposition scoring, too.

I hope people have had their fill of Europe now, because unless we have all of our players fit (including Defour) we're really going to struggle. Watford will be right down amongst the relegation spots come May.

Everyone can say we had a good first half but in reality Foster made one save and that was a free-kick.

Early doors BUT like England, we need someone desperately to move the ball positively and centrally in the final third of the field.

Europe had nothing to do with this performance. They've all been rotated and are fresh.

They started each half with a goal and then built from there. Our heads went down after the third, which is disappointing from an SD team. Some awful performances. We do tend to look lightweight against big, physical midfielders.

too happy back passing, and nobody able to go at their defence with confidence, its going to be a long, long season.

Pressure on the defence all the time - No midfield what so ever.Whats the point in having forwards unless they are supplied with balls?
