Re: Tickets for Saturday
Mine received. They are Burnley tickets rather than Man U tickets.
Re: 2025/26: Manchester United v Burnley – Ticket Information
Have they got QR codes on them?
Re: 2025/26: Manchester United v Burnley – Ticket Information
If anyone ordered multiple tickets on the same order, have they all come to you or to individuals?

I purchased 4 tickets in one transaction and they've all come to me. How can I forward them on individually?

Download them into your Apple or google wallet, then you can share via WhatsApp, text or email etc.

Seems it's not just a Burnley issue. Everton fans were complaining today about ticket issues for tonight's cup game, ko was delayed 15 mins due to large queues outside their stadium..

Re: 2025/26: Manchester United v Burnley – Ticket Information
Not as though it’s been needed this time as we’ve all received our own but can you download them all into a wallet and then forward the downloads?
Last season I had seven in one email and thought the only way to do it was forward the email to everyone and then hope they alll downloaded the correct one.

Yes, once it’s in your Apple wallet you can forward the ticket for someone else to download. I presume it’s the same with a google wallet.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Wed Aug 27, 2025 9:01 pmNot as though it’s been needed this time as we’ve all received our own but can you download them all into a wallet and then forward the downloads?

I have mine and my dad's in my Google wallet but it says the pass can't be shared. Not a problem for me this time as I'm with my dad, but it's worth noting they might not be sharable once downloaded...

It will make it easier when they swap back to sending them out to the leads which they surely will at some point.

On iPhone you need to actually go into the wallet app itself, not double click the side button. Once in the app, select the relevant ticket and you should see the square box with an upwards arrow coming out of it. Click that and choose whatever method you want to share (WhatsApp etc). If you’re on Android, not a clue

The easiest thing to do is forward the email so they can download the relevant ticket themselves, making sure they download the correct one. Google Wallet doesn't allow sharing from the wallet itself.

Got mine. What do you do if you have a 8 year old phone where the battery always dies before the game? Doubt Old Trafford will allow a charging pack brought in. I plan to print off my QR code but not sure if that is allowed?

Turn my phone off before Saturday's game to preserve the battery, and then buy a new phone.CrosspoolClarets wrote: ↑Wed Aug 27, 2025 9:55 pmGot mine. It doesn’t matter.
I’ve an iPhone and download both tickets to my apple wallet (I’ve access to nephews email account) then forwarded his ticket to his phone and he was able to save it to his google wallet and they’ve worked fine for the individual tickets he’s had and for his season ticket

Sorry I’m not sure then.
When I click on Google wallet on my iPhone it just opens up the ticket/QR code to save - tbh it looks exactly the same as the apple wallet version so no idea
Can only suggest you share link with them and see if they are able to save it

Re: 2025/26: Manchester United v Burnley – Ticket Information
Can’t do that. Also need it for taxi then train tickets to Manchester then directions to the stadium. And I’m not going to buy a new phone when the old one works fine, just drains quickly with all these upgraded apps. This of course is the problem when letting tens of thousands in. For many the electronics won’t work.
p.s. my phone is a Samsung Note 8 that when I bought it was top of the range.

Bring a USB charging cable along and charge on the train, or in a shop/cafe/pub before the game.CrosspoolClarets wrote: ↑Wed Aug 27, 2025 10:50 pmCan’t do that. I wouldnt download it Pete, I would say share, some help from the club would be useful as Google Wallets (android) dont seem to let you share the tickets once downloaded, whereas Apple wallets do.
Very frustrating.

I don't want to insult anyone's IT knowledge, but it's worth the question.
Have you got your email client set to conversation view, if so, some of them can make four emails look like one
