It looks to be all about keeping possession and trying to work an opening.
It's slow, plodding stuff - and when an opening happens the killer pass is just not there.

Same problem we have had all season. No penetration. As soon as we get to the edge of the box it all breaks down and we completely run out of ideas.

Referees need to pick up on these deliberate obstructions where the defender just steps in fry of the forward eg Flemming just now

Really, wish I shared your confidence at the moment. I don’t think we look to have any sense of urgency or runners looking to break through the Hull block. Slightly better than the first half, but all seems very easy for Hull at the moment to me.

You can shield when you are within playing distance of the ball. If you can’t play the ball and prevent the opponent from passing you then it’s a foul.

Pires is absolutely terrible, nothing about him is better than Humphreys at left back. Pires doesn’t create anything going forwards either
