Can't see anything in this game for us, now, we don't pose any threat at all, not that we did before though

So easy for for them to attack the wing and pick out a player in the box. Terrible marking. Boy do we need some pace in our team.

Lot of bad press for footballers flouting lockdown rules. Will we get some credit for socially distancing all game?
Not seen our midfield within 2 metres of a Chelsea player all game

Some on here are shocked at the display - we are not a footballing side and we are doing our best with the limited assetts available.

Just remind yourself of the cost of the Chelsea side and be satisfied that they're not exactly tearing us apart.

Chelsea have stepped it up this half and we are struggling to affect the game. Barring the goal, I was happy with the first half showing though, particularly from the likes of Cork and Tarkowski.

True, but it's more about their poor finishing.

We have looked outclassed today, apart from the first 20 minutes or so, we have struggled to do anything.

taking away the political threads is really showing up those who continually try and cause division amongst us, its the same people every time. We're losing to Chelsea and not playing great, are we really that entitled after a few years at the top table? No I don't think most of us are. Time for Internet passports. You want to spout rubbish online, put your face and name to it.

It's been the same story for a few seasons now. We need a right winger who can beat his man consistently.

I do realise though that they are hard to come by and aren't cheap.

We just need that Defour type class, but on the wing.

Not surprising, a lot of this Chelsea team were the second choice under Lampard so stepping it up to impress the new manager and keep their places.

Not really. Villa looked more effective than Chelsea in the first half but we dug deep and found a way to get a result. A step too far today really, regardless of who it's against. Some of the players look knackered.
