Just the odd times. Nothing like the first season.

Re: Crowd V WBA Score 5
To be fair it was a game totally killed by the negative tactics used by WBA and our failure to, excepting a couple of occasions, look like scoring. It made for a drab game and drab games NEVER get the crowd singing or excited.

Totally agree but at other stadiums the fans get themselves up for the fight, win, lose or draw.bfcmik wrote:To be fair it was a game totally killed by the negative tactics used by WBA and our failure to, excepting a couple of occasions, look like scoring. Re: Crowd V WBA Score 5
In a nutshell. The manager has said in numerous occasions what a difference it makes. Maybe it's me listening through my Claret tinted memory and it probably comes across as cheeky as I'm sat on the other side of the world, but the away fans **** all over the home support in terms of vocal encouragement. The Turf was about as intimidating as Bournemouth yesterdaypiston broke wrote:Totally agree but at other stadiums the fans get themselves up for the fight, win, lose or draw.

Re: Atmosphere
You have a choice either contribute to the atmosphere or don't. If you don't then don't bloody complain about it.
There's around 300 in the CF who keep trying which is about 1.5% of the crowd. Stop slagginng them off.

Re: Atmosphere
There were entry problems in the CF yesterday with people being told there season ticket cards were not valid! Two guys had even paid in full for their tickets and Father Ted's dad was refused admission despite his son getting in and they have had the same seats since we moved back into the stand. No matter that they had the new style tickets with their seat numbers and names printed on them.FCBurnley wrote:Looked to be a lot of empty seats ?
Others, as we have been told, were escorted out for having incorrect tickets (eg u22 for an adult) whilst many others will have failed to pay the direct debit and thus had the ticket withdrawn.
