You can get an emf reader app on your phone. Put it next to my smart metre and gave A very slight reading. Well in the range of 'safe' levels. Put it next to my radio in the kitchen and it went mental..
Read into that what you want.

I assume your radio has speakers. Speakers have magnets.

Yep. That's true. It proves that the EMF sensor works and therefore shows nothing much being emitted from the smart metre.
So with my scientific experiment you can all stop worrying .

Don't know about being harmful or saving money.
Ours sits in the garage next to the meters.
Gets a glance now and then to see what's being used for the year.Bit useful I suppose.
