Like DA says, I think it's Cog lane area, in fact I'm sure I saw him in the shop at top of cog lane buying the Sun Newspaper, but with these masks I could be mistaken.

Previous to Phil Neville buying the Crawshawbooth property it was the "Manchester Diocesan Conference Centre".

His wife Julie is the daughter of Rossendale businessman Bob Killelea who's steelwork company is based in Crawshawbooth.

Whilst living in Crawshawbooth Phil Neville supported the local community financially in several ways including paying for football strips for local kids and paying for refurbishment of a local childrens playground.
