If only won't happen though alas, but we need to find goals from somewhere, otherwise we face the prospect of results similar to Watford, where we dominate the play, yet come away with nothing.

Still plenty of time in the window to resolve this issue, but resolve it we must one way or another.

Hopefully (from my point of view) it's all change. Mowbray was a persistent Christmas Cornerer. Something I remember you lot being famous for.

In reality, we haven't played superbly so far, but I think Tomasson is much more switched on than Mowbray in terms of strategy and tactics.

Anyway, early days, yet, and a long way to go. Slight suspicion we are having a bit of a new manager honeymoon period, and this will turn out to be a transitional season.

Half of my family are Burnley supporters, and half Rovers supporters. It's a great rivalry, and something we should embrace at every opportunity. Isn't that what football should be about to supporters like us?
