I've noticed the referee was Trevor Kettle - he should have been given a prize for that rather than a punishment. One of the worst referees in English football and has been for a long time.
But seriously, the decision has to stand because you can't show dissent like that. However, I'd like to see more consistency.
Ashley Barnes missed the Swansea game with a suspension. The first of the two cards was for dissent. I've no problem with that, but if that was a yellow then Swansea should have had four or five and a couple of reds for their protest over the penalty last week. No action taken whatsoever by Taylor.
