Season ticket swap

Anyone know if the tickets are checked as they are scanned,, reason I ask is my lad can't go this Saturday. Was gonna take my brother, but then wondered if it flags it up its an under 18 ticket ?.

You will have to buy a ticket elsewhere and then just sit in the vacant seat m8.
I tried to do change a child's to adult but was informed it was not possible because on the system the seat was not available.
