The media can't disassociate the Plymouth manager's name from that of the club but I have.
TBH I think Rooney has done a reasonable job after a poor start although I'm not sure at all he's cut out to be a manager long term.

Fair point. He's had a totally offbeat career and perhaps made some wrong decisions.
